Creepy Clown tries to cut back on smoking

Ok so Bloomberg revised the rules so he can run for a third term and the chances are he may ban smoking on street corners and building lobbies now.

This clown likes to sit in the window of an east village costume store , dressed as a Halloween prop, and enjoy a quick puff on the sly. Can Bloomberg's smoking ban hit shop dummies? Or can they continue
to smoke in peace? Now that Obama is in charge will he try to garner the votes of shop dummies too, like this creepy clown? Perhaps the only one in NY who didn't vote for Obama. Not this time.
