This poor headless man didn't seem to have much luck himself in looking for a costume. I was told he tried to skip the line for his skeleton costume and well New Yorkers just won't tolerate that type of thing when tempers are so frayed and everyone is freaking out that they have no costume to wear, at least he got himself a good hat. Mind you, alot of good it will do him now.
