A very freezing and frosty Sunday one week after I had returned from the Bahamas my friend Jesse took me on a " It is way time you got over that blinking Sandman hike" to the Seven Lakes one hour upstate from New York City. The weather was so cold, our teeth were chattering and thus instead of droning on about how awful that Sandman was I sat silently ( still glumly) enjoying the sun set over the lakes.
